Cloud

Cloud has also appeared as the main protagonist or as a playable character in the prequel and multiple sequels to Final Fantasy VII. He is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai and Steve Burton in the Japanese and English version of the Dissidia games.
In Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Cloud is the playable character representing Final Fantasy VII as a Warrior of Cosmos. Initially Cloud journeys with Firion, Tidus, and Cecil in order to find their own crystals. Eventually he goes out on his own to search for a reason to fight even after Firion tells him his own reason for continuing on. After fighting and defeating Sephiroth, he obtains his crystal which is a green orb that looks like the materia in Final Fantasy VII.
In Dissidia Duodecim 012: Final Fantasy, which takes place before Dissidia: Final Fantasy, Cloud is fighting on the side of Chaos, though it is apparent that he is an unwilling participant in the fighting. He seems to have his memories at this time as the victor of fights in previous cycles, including his friendship with Tifa Lockhart, who is fighting on the side of Cosmos.
Cloud is a playable character in many other Square-Enix games, including: Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy Tactics, Dragon Quest & Final Fantasy in Itadaki Street Portable, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, and its upcoming sequel, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call.
