The Fairy

White haired and pale with ice blue eyes, Periwinkle is a frost fairy who resides, along with the other frost fairies, in the Winter Woods under the care of Lord Milori---the Lord of Winter.

Periwinkle is sweet and adventurous and has a knack for creating things, which isn't really surprising since she is Tinker Bell's, a Tinker fairy, long lost sister.

In the fourth Tinker Bell movie, Tinker Bell and the Secret of the Wings, we find out that Periwinkle and Tinker Bell were born of the same laugh, but by some twist of fate they were separated on the day that they were 'born'. While Tinker Bell went to Pixie Hollow to be under the care of Queen Clarion as a warm fairy, Periwinkle ended up going to the Winter Woods to become a frost fairy under the care of Lord Milori, the Lord of Winter.

They eventually meet after Tink travels to the Winter Woods, against orders of course, to discover the secret of why her wings sparkled after she had briefly stepped into the Winter Woods. It is then that she meets Periwinkle and the two of them have an instantaneous sisterly bond.

Periwinkle has many of the same likes in common with her sister, They both collect "lost things", except that Periwinkle refers to them as "found things". They have some different tastes as well. For instance, Tinker Bell's favorite drink is Hot Chamomile Tea, while Periwinkle prefers it iced.
